Common questions

Restore a purchase. Web: open Settings → Account → Manage. Android: purchases restore automatically when you sign in with the same account.

A picture never arrived. No credit is spent for a picture that fails. Try the shutter again; if it keeps failing, email us with the time it happened.

Play on another device. Sign in with the same account. One device controls a run at a time; the other can read along or take over from the menu.

Delete a season. Settings → Account → Privacy and data → Delete this season. Every saved game in the show, its journal, your After Hours conversations, your cards and the pictures made for them are removed; your character, account and access stay.

If you are in crisis. If a message reads as being about you rather than the show, the game pauses privately and shows help lines. In the US, call or text 988 any time. Nothing you wrote goes into the story and nothing is charged.
