Common questions

Restore a purchase. Web: open Settings → Account → Manage. Android: purchases restore automatically when you sign in with the same account.

A picture never arrived. No credit is spent for a picture that fails. Try the shutter again; if it keeps failing, email us with the time it happened.

Play on another device. Sign in with the same account. One device controls a run at a time; the other can read along or take over from the menu.
